Flash drops fill a spot in minutes
A toddler wakes up with a fever at 7 AM? Drop the spot in two taps. Families nearby with kids in the right age range get a notification right away — and the first one to tap gets it.

Every week, a few mats, lanes and easels in your classes go empty — a sick toddler here, a nap strike there. Little Explorer Pass fills them with families who live nearby, pays you for every visit, and sends you the ones who want to enroll.

How payouts work
No auctions, no mystery rates, no chasing invoices. You know what each drop-in earns before you release a single spot.
Tell us what a single class costs at your front desk. Your payout per visit defaults to 65% of that, and it’s agreed before you list anything.
Parents book with credits or pay as they go. At the door, scan their pass QR (or type the short code) and they’re checked in.
Every check-in earns your full payout. Late cancels still earn 50%, and no-shows earn 100% — you held the spot, so you get paid.
Once a week we send everything you earned to your bank through Stripe, with a statement that lists every visit.
If a family cancels late or doesn’t show, you still get paid — 50% for late cancels and 100% for no-shows. If you ever need to cancel a class, families get their credits back automatically.
Release controls
Your members and enrolled families always come first. Little Explorer Pass only ever sells the spots you hand us, when you hand them to us.
Release two mats, not twelve. You never give away more than you want to.
Open spots a week out, the night before, or only in the final hours — when you know they won’t fill with members.
Opt in and spots that are still empty close to class time get cheaper for parents — never below 60% of your base price. Your payout scales with the discount, and a discounted spot still beats an empty one.
Set the exact age range in months and whether a grown-up stays. Families only see classes their kids can join.
Integrations
Connect once and your schedule flows in automatically. Bookings land on your roster, so the front desk never double-books a mat.
No booking system? No problem — add classes by hand in a couple of minutes.

Every drop-in is a paid trial class. When a family keeps coming back, they can ask about enrolling with one tap — and you get a warm lead with their contact details and their kid’s age, shared with permission.

FAQ
Straight answers for studio owners, coaches and teachers.
Nothing. There are no setup fees, listing fees or monthly fees. You earn a fixed payout for each visit, and we make our margin on the parent side.
You decide which classes and how many spots to release, so members always come first. In practice, drop-ins are a trial class you get paid for: families who visit more than once can tap “Tell me about enrolling,” and you get the lead (with their permission).
We connect with Mindbody, Jackrabbit, iClassPro, Sawyer, Pike13, Square, Acuity, Google Calendar and any iCal feed. No system at all? Add classes by hand or upload a CSV in a few minutes. Bigger operators can use our partner API and webhooks.
Upload your own waiver and every family signs it in the app before their first visit — you can see who signed and when. Partners need to carry general liability insurance, and we verify it during onboarding.
Everything you need to welcome them: the child’s first name and age, the grown-up bringing them, and any allergies or notes the parent chooses to share. Contact details are shared only when a family asks about enrolling.
